MEDITERRANEAN PREVENTIVE LIVING™ IN PRACTICE
From knowledge to real-world application.
Mediterranean Preventive Living™ is developed through practice.
Real hotels, destinations, spaces, and projects where The SeaSkin Life System™ is applied, observed, and evolves.
PRACTICE → LEARNING → METHOD → BETTER PRACTICE
Ideas gain value when they come into contact with real places, people, and situations.
In Practice documents what we test, what we learn, and how that knowledge evolves and can be transferred to new contexts.
It is not a portfolio.
It is a living record of practice, evidence, and learning.

FOUR SEASONS MALLORCA AT FORMENTOR
Longevity & Preventive Living Days
A Mediterranean Preventive Living™ program within a luxury hospitality destination.
Introducing longevity without turning it into a clinical experience.
At Four Seasons Mallorca, we explored how to bring preventive living into the luxury resort experience while keeping the setting, pace, and hospitality at the center.
Talks, private experiences, and recovery practices allowed for the introduction of a conversation about longevity from a more human and everyday perspective.
The lesson was clear:
prevention becomes more relevant when it is part of the guest experience, rather than presented as a standalone activity.
FIELD PRACTICE · HOSPITALITY · LONGEVITY

TRAMUNTANA PREVENTIVE LIVING™
Interpreting a territory before designing an experience.
The Serra de Tramuntana was the starting point.
Landscape, botany, aroma, sound, memory, and ways of living were transformed into an experience created from the place rather than simply located within it.
Tramuntana Preventive Living™ opened up a fundamental line of work for SeaSkin Life:
a territory can become applicable knowledge without losing its identity.
TERRITORY · CULTURE · SENSORY RESEARCH

SEASKIN TRAVELLER
Taking care beyond the spa.
SeaSkin Traveller was born from a practical question: how can a care experience continue when the guest returns to their room, travels, or goes back home?
The result is a system that connects hospitality, ritual, and continuity through formats designed to be integrated into the stay and subsequently accompany daily life.
Traveller proves that an experience does not have to end when the treatment ends.
HOSPITALITY · CONTINUITY · EVERYDAY PRACTICE

MELINA TOWER
Turning observation into a method.
Torre Melina became a testing environment to develop a more rigorous way of observing how a hotel can foster better living conditions.
The work allowed for testing assessment criteria, separating observation from interpretation, and analyzing the experience from different departments and stages of the journey.
The value of the pilot was not solely in the hotel.
It lay in what it could teach us to build a transferable method.
ASSESSMENT · OPERATING SYSTEM · PILOT

PREVENTIVE LIVING AT SEA™
Thinking about well-being through living conditions on board.
The sea presents a unique combination of space, movement, privacy, light exposure, rhythm, rest, and relationship with nature.
Preventive Living at Sea™ explores how those conditions can be integrated into the design and operation of yachts, before adding new layers of wellness or technology.
The question changes:
not what we can add on board, but what conditions can make life on board better.
YACHTING · DESIGN · LIVING CONDITIONS

GARDENHOUSE MALLORCA
Building a place where knowledge can be put to the test.
Gardenhouse will be the living laboratory for Mediterranean Preventive Living™.
A place to observe landscape, botany, materials, climate, nutrition, biodiversity, ritual, and ways of living through practice.
Its function will not be to represent an idea.
It will be to allow new ideas to be cultivated, tested, documented, and evolved.
LIVING LABORATORY · RESEARCH · PROTOTYPING

LO QUE LA PRÁCTICA DEJA ATRÁS
Every project should leave behind more than just a result.
An experience can leave behind a protocol.
A territory can leave behind a methodology.
A hotel can leave behind a new observation criterion.
A product can become a system of continuity.
A pilot can become a standard.
PRACTICE → EVIDENCE → LEARNING → METHOD → TRANSFER

UNA OBRA VIVA
In Practice will continue to grow with each new application, collaboration, and territory.
Not as a collection of finished projects, but as an evolving body of work.
What matters is not only where we have been.
It is what we have learned and what can be built from it.
