Shipping

SeaSkin Life processes and ships orders within an estimated timeframe of up to 5 business days from order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond SeaSkin Life’s control, including logistics or carrier-related issues.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information.

If 2 days have passed since the shipping confirmation and you have not received your order, please contact us at info@seaskinlife.com.

Shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Orders are initially displayed including VAT (21%).

At the time of invoicing, VAT will be removed, as these regions are VAT-exempt.

The customer must pay the applicable local taxes upon delivery (IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla), as well as any customs handling fees.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be handled directly by the shipping carrier.

SeaSkin Life is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

International Shipping (outside the European Union)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

SeaSkin Life is not responsible for:

• additional customs charges

• delays caused by customs processes

• holds or issues in the destination country

It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the import regulations applicable in their country before placing an order.
