If the order is already on its way, we will wait for it to return to our offices and refund your order minus the shipping and return costs.
Within 15 days after the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will return the order to Seaskin Life. We will refund you the amount minus our shipping costs. If you are not often at home, we recommend that you choose to have your order delivered to one of our pick-up points.
